Javascript MP3 Player

What is this?

Waiting for the <audio> HTML 5 tag, this one uses a hidden instance of the LongTail Video JW Player (flash). It is loaded dynamicly by the SWFObject javascript loader.

As for today (08.06.2009), it's more a proof of concept than a real thing. It still has some nasty bugs, lacks some parameters (almost everything is still hard-coded), a real documentation and some kind of packaging. I'm thinking of a jQuery plugin...

• If you see this, there was a problem and the player could not be created. The main reasons are:
  • Adobe Flash Sucks
  • There is a bug in JW Player
  • I forgot to make extensive tests on your plateform
